If you're looking to increase the performance of your website, the Perfmatters plugin allows you to do just that. It's designed to work alongside caching plugin such as WordPress rocket, or breeze, and allows you to disable known scripts that cause performance issues. For example, emojis on WordPress websites will bloat the page and lead to a longer loading time period this plugin allows you to disable emojis by toggling a switch off.
The Perfmatters plugin is basically a collection of a bunch of individual code snippets, packaged together, and shipped with a nice and easy to use dashboard.
There are several tabs within the plugin, such as options, CDN integration, Google Analytics, and extras.
With the plugin, you get a ton of options (and the development team regularly adds to this list).
Remove Query Strings
Remove jQuery Migrate
Hide WP Version
Remove wlwmanifest Link
Remove RSD Link
|Disable RSS Feeds
Remove RSS Feed Links
Disable Self Pingbacks
Disable REST API
Remove REST API Links

The CDN integration tab allows you to Easily rewrite all URLs on your website with the CDN URL. You can choose which directories to include, and exclude certain file types.
The Google analytics tab allows you to add Google Analytics by pasting a tracking code.
The extras tab allows you to include specific code in the header, body, and footer.
You may notice that these things are easy to do with code snippets, and additional plugins. What Perfmatters does is it incorporates all of these individual features into one simple and easy to use plugin and dashboard. This eliminates the need for four or five individual plugins, and allows you to unbloat your website.
Because it's a pretty simple plugin, this is a pretty simple review. The cost of the plug-in is $24.00 per year. If you're somebody who values your time, and needs a simple and easy way to increase the performance of your website, this is the perfect plugin for you. If you're somebody who is technical, you can replace much of the functions and features of this plugin with code snippets. At the same time, that takes a lot of time, and the code snippets aren't automatically updated like this plugin is.
We use this plugin in many of our client WordPress websites to directly impact the speed and performance. While we could do code snippets ( this is why we gave the plug in four stars), this plugin is simpler and easier to implement.
